Kara W. Steele, ABOC is the President of Aspire Optical Inc. Her career with independent optometric practices began in 2011. She is recognized as a Certified Optician by the American Board of Opticianry. She is a member of the Indiana Opticians Association and the United Opticians Association.

Kara is passionate about opticianry and customer service. She has a desire to advance the optical industry and reputation of optical professionals by offering unparalleled service and premium custom eyewear to Marshall County and the surrounding areas.

She is married to Ryan Steele, PGA who is currently the Head Golf Professional for Pretty Lake Golf Club in Plymouth, Indiana. Together they have two children. Outside of work, home and her kids’ sports schedules, Kara is actively involved in Plymouth Rotary Club and Trinity United Methodist Church.
