Who can use a mobile optician service?
Anyone looking for convenience, comfort and personalized service will benefit from our mobile optician service. From home to school to workplace, let us help simplify your schedule and keep you seeing well in all phases of life. Aspire Optical Inc. is available for on-site contract services with manufacturing companies and senior living facilities.

Are there fees for mobile services?
Mobile services will be billed hourly at the rate of $30 per hour. Frame selection, lens design consultation, custom measurements, frame adjustments as well as many repairs are included in this hourly rate.

Do you offer repairs and adjustments?
Many adjustments and repairs will be provided at no charge for eyewear purchased at Aspire Optical Inc. We are happy to service eyewear purchased elsewhere. Nominal charges may be assessed for these repairs. We may refuse to attempt repairs and adjustments that we believe will further damage or break the frame. We are unable to provide frame to fit replacement for patient own lenses.

Do I need a referral from my provider?
You do not need a referral from your doctor or eye care professional to become an Aspire Optical Inc. customer. All you need is a copy of your eyeglasses prescription. We can guide you in requesting a copy of the prescription if you are not sure how to go about it.

What should I do if my prescription is expired?
Aspire Optical Inc. cannot sell prescription eyeglass with an expired prescription. Customers need to visit their eyecare professional for updated prescriptions.

What brands or styles of glasses are offered?
We partner with independent eyewear frame lines from Europa Eyewear. Learn more and explore here.
We offer many lenses and lens treatments for everyday, work, hobby and recreational activities.

Are there warranties for frames or lenses?
Frames are eligible for warranty for manufacturer defect for 12 months after purchase. Breakage from wear and tear with daily use, accident or improper adjustments are not eligible for warranty returns or credits.
Lenses are eligible for warranty replacement up to two times for 12 months after purchase if originally ordered with non glare, non scratch or light reactive lens treatments. Warranty lenses will be a duplicate of the lenses originally ordered. -
Can you fit lenses into my existing frame?
Our opticians will ensure your frame is in good condition to update lenses only. If we determine the frame is compromised to the point that risk of damage is significant we will discuss our concerns with you. It is important to consider that our opticians may need to keep your frame while lenses are manufactured.

Can I order contact lenses from you?
At this time Aspire Optical Inc. does not sell contact lenses. We look forward to growing our business so stay tuned for updates in this area!

What types of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, check, Venmo and most major credit cards. Please note, a returned check for any reason will result in an additional fee of $50.
